Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have publicly accepted their relationship and the duo was spotted at the Mumbai airport returning from Australia. At the airport, the actress stepped out with Virat, firmly holding his hand. Several people blamed Anushka on social networking sites for the underperformance of the Indian vice-captain at the semi-final match against Australia. However, Bollywood came out in support of the actress.

Many actors have supported Anushka Sharma and the latest report on Pinkvilla.com states that instead of taking to Twitter, Salman Khan called Anushka and Virat to extend his support to the duo. He advised them to not get affected by the abuses and tried to cheer them up. Cricketer Yuvraj Singh too stood strong in support of the duo. He tweeted, "To all our real Indian fans who support us in our wins and loses ! Let's respect @imVkohli and @AnushkaSharma personal life. Someone who's scored 5 hundreds on Aus tour deserves much more respect and support from his fans! I'm sure in the coming times he will shine for his country again and again"
